Favourite Jewelry Pieces

I’m a big lover of jewelry.  It’s one of my favorite things to wear next to clothes.  It really does makes an outfit complete.  There’s so many different designs with diamonds and stones, I just fall in love with everything.  Recently have gone back to wearing gold. I’ve been a big fan of Sterling Silver and white gold but now I find myself mixing the two together.  Just throwing on my favorites pieces that I love and it looks good.

Here I’m wearing one of my favorite necklaces and bracelet.  This Sterling Silver necklace is with a Turquoise heart charm and there’s a matching bracelet to go with it. These two pieces were custom made for me by request.  I had met this designer at a local Craft Market that’s set up at River Market in New Westminster.

Here I met Paula Godden.  Designer/Owner for The Pirate and The Gypsy known for there fine handcrafted jewelry using natural stones and natural materials.  Taking a browse afterwards I found a necklace that I liked and a charm on a different necklace.  Immediately fell in love but I was wanting to switch things up so I asked Paula if she could make me a plain silver necklace with just the Turquoise heart charm and she said “I can make anything you like” and that brought a smile to my face. Weeks later I then asked for a matching bracelet and she said “yes, when would you like to pick it up.”  Check out Paula’s website here bit.ly/2fHNzY7.

My Hamsa Hand ring and Evil Eye ring in this picture almost never comes off my hand, well except when in the shower & bedtime but other than that I’ll always have it on my fingers.  I love it. They’re Sterling Silver, Gold plated with Cubic Zirconia stones.

Above is another necklace and bracelet I’ve been loving and it has Turquoise as well. A little Turquoise obsessed I guess. Blue Ruby Jewelry is an old favorite of mine.  Here you’ll find unique pieces made by local and international designers presenting beauty and style.  Another thing that makes Blue Ruby stand out is, it supports local charities such as Cause We Care.  A charity for mothers and children living in poverty.  Read more here bit.ly/2kj5QQn.  This dainty gold necklace has a Turquoise Hamsa Hand which looks so pretty. It’s simple yet stylish.

Currently I’ve been loving stars and crescents and I am on the hunt for a necklace that has both.  The bracelet above is called “Stars So Bright” by Estella Bartlett.  A British brand created by two siblings in 2011. It’s another favorite in my jewelry collection.

Hope you enjoyed reading about some of my favorite jewelry pieces.  Leave me a comment below on your favorite jewelry.
